Restore a purchase
Open Settings in Ambl and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the original purchase.
If the purchase still does not appear, confirm that the App Store is available and try again.
Manage monthly access
Open Settings in Ambl, choose Manage access, then use Apple's subscription management screen to view or change monthly renewal.
Workout information
Workout information is stored locally on your device. Ambl does not operate an account or cloud recovery service, so deleting Ambl also removes locally stored workout information from that device.
Contact support
In Ambl, open Settings, choose Get help, and submit the Help form. The email address and message you enter are sent to Ambl Support through our hosting and email providers so we can reply.
You can also email hello@chrahlistudio.nz. Include the Ambl version, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include payment-card details.
