Apple's Standard EULA
Your use of Ambl is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which forms the agreement between you and the app provider.
Monthly access
Eligible new subscribers can start with a fourteen-day free introductory offer. After the introductory period, the subscription renews monthly at the price Apple shows before confirmation unless you cancel it. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a separate, one-time In-App Purchase. It is not a subscription. If you have an active monthly subscription, Ambl asks you to turn off monthly renewal with Apple before completing a lifetime purchase to reduce the risk of double billing.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Storefront prices and taxes can vary. Restore Purchases is available in Ambl for eligible purchases made with the same Apple account.
Fitness information
Ambl is a workout planning and recording tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions or replace advice from a qualified health professional. You remain responsible for deciding whether an Exercise or workout is appropriate for you.
Your information
Ambl stores workout information locally on your device. How Ambl handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
